Patient Participation Group

Our next Patient Participation Group (PPG) meetings will take place on:

• 23rd June, 6:30pm–7:30pm at Tideswell
• 22nd September, 6:30pm–7:30pm at Bakewell

We warmly invite you to join us. Your input and feedback helps us improve our services, and we would love to hear your thoughts.

Here at the Surgery, we’re proud to have a Patient Participation Group (PPG) - a team of patients who work with us to help improve our services and provide valuable feedback on wider NHS initiatives.

We are keen to welcome new members.

Why join the PPG?

• Share your thoughts on the services we provide

• Help shape future developments within the practice

• Stay informed about NHS plans and how they affect our community

To make the group truly representative of our patient population, we’re especially encouraging patients of all ages and those from diverse ethnic backgrounds to get involved.

Too busy to attend meetings?

No problem. If you can’t join in person, there are other ways to contribute:

• Complete occasional short surveys via email or our website

• Share your feedback by email or phone at a time that suits you

Every voice counts, whether you can commit to meetings or just want to offer occasional feedback.
